Summer Day Camps

Ballet and Degas (ages 6-8)

June 4 - 8 from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Ballet and Tchaikovsky (ages 8-10)

July 23 - 27 from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM

The works of Impressionist painter Edgar Degas and the music of Tchaikovsky provide the themes for fun week-long camps that offer dance instruction with our professional instructors and opportunities to explore visual arts, music and costuming with visiting artists.

1. •Daily ballet, tap, stretching and choreography classes
   

2. •Art, dance and music history
   

3. •Make your own art with visiting artists
   

4. •Make and decorate your own tutu or mask & costume
   

5. •Try musical instruments from the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra’s instrument petting zoo
   

6. •Field trip and picnic lunch
   

7. •Fun with new and old friends (get a friend who is new to ISB to register for camp and both students get 10% off.)
   

Fees:  $265 per 5 day camp.  Fee includes all professional instruction, supplies, costume materials and a healthy snack each day.

Campers bring the required dance attire, dance shoes and a sack lunch each day. 

Early arrival and late pick-up may be arranged for an additional fee.

In-person Registration:   

    Tuesday - Friday  2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

    Saturdays  9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
