New Student
Welcome to the Indianapolis School of Ballet! We’re delighted you’re considering joining our community. At ISB, our passionate faculty and staff are honored to share the joy and discipline of dance with students and families across central Indiana.
Ages 3-7
If your student is age 3-7, they will be a part of the Young Children’s Program. These students may enroll in classes through Studio Director based on their age. Once enrolled, your first class is FREE.
Ages 8 & older
If your student is 8 and older, they will need to be placed in the Pre-Professional Program. Students will need to contact us at (317) 955-7525 or by emailing Lauren Fadeley Veyette at lfadeley@indyballet.org to schedule a FREE placement class. ISB faculty will evaluate your student during class time in order to place them in a pre-professional level where they will learn and thrive. Once placement is final, your student will be enrolled in Studio Director.
Scholarships
A limited number of financial aid scholarships for females in Levels 4 through 8 and males in Levels 1 through 8 are available to pre-professional students demonstrating financial need. Scholarships are awarded to students based on financial need, artistic ability, promise, and availability.
Determinations are made on a case-by-case basis. To request a financial aid application or more information, please contact Lauren Fadeley Veyette at lfadeley@indyballet.org. Application deadline is July 25, 2025.
